Our goal is to improve education opportunities and the quality of lives for less fortunate children and youths in remote areas of Thailand. Based in: Bangkok office Position : Project Development Manager Job description:
Working as a team in the Project Development Department and will be responsible to manage large and small grants and concentrated on:
-Project policy management on Domestic and International project, planning, developing, implement and execute the standard procedures in all aspects
-Maintain a comprehensive planning and replenishment system to ensure the achievement of project
-Manage on-site activities and attend regular meeting with internal, outsider corporate, donors and stakeholders
-Quality control and monitor overall, contractual and technical matters for assigned projects
-Experience in project budgeting
-To liaise closely with donors and developing new project proposal and budget
-Writing a report stating about the project’s progress, its result and outcome and finding in both Thai and English such as progress report, event report, annual report, final report
-Lead coach and develop the team
-Management support to Project Director
-To work in partnership with EDF Group in the assigned projects
Qualifications:
-Thai National
-Male/Female age not over 35 year
-Bachelor’s degree preferred or higher in Social Sciences, Liberal Arts, Humanities, Public Health, Business Administration for Society or any related field
-5 years’ relevant working experience in project management
-Experienced in management and familiar with the entire project workflow, skill in designing, organizing and facilitating extra-curricular activities or training sessions will be an advantage
-Able to establish and maintain a good relationship with internal, outsider corporates, counterparts & stakeholders
-Must be flexible to work outside normal working hours and during weekends when circumstances require
-Fluent written & spoken English
-Ability to travel upcountry at short notice
-Good presentation and networking skills
-Good personality and interpersonal skills
-Computer-literate in all MS office applications and E-mail
-Must have laptop accessories
