EDF Foundation observed Scholarship Ceremony held by The SET Foundation

	EDF Foundation was invited by The SET Foundation to attend the meeting and observe the scholarship hand over ceremony to 201 students in higer education at Rajabhat Sisaket University. EDF Foundation and the SET Foundation is cooperating to administer the scholarship program for students in University level in the coming school year 2019.
