Sumitomo Corporation Thailand Ltd. presented its 2nd year scholarships for 80 vocational students in Samut Sakhon and Samutsongkhram provinces
As part of the “100SEED: POWER UP” social contribution program, Sumitomo Corporation Thailand Ltd. presented its 2nd year scholarships under the EDF Foundation. The scholarships were for 80 underprivileged vocational students from six educational institutions in Samut Sakhon and Samutsongkhram provinces including Amphawa Industrial and Community College, Ban Phaeo Vocational College, Samut Sakhon Technical College, Samut Sakhon Fisheries College, Samutsongkhram Polytechnic College, and Samutsongkhram Technical College.

On the same day, the company also organized essential future skills training and personality development workshop under the theme of “Discover Yourself, Discover Your Career Future”, as well as provided a better understanding of real-world working life conducted by Pasona Recruitment (Thailand) Co., Ltd. for both scholarship recipients and non-scholarship recipients, altogether 150 students.
