EDF broght teacher and students from Ritsumeikan Uji School, Japan to visit operation areas in Sakonnakhon and Mukdahan provinces
10-13 December, 2016: EDF Foundation was pleased to welcome Teacher and students from Ritsumeikan Uji School, Japan to participate in the study trip to Sakonnakhon and Mukdhan provinces to observe EDF's education and community development works for rural children and community. The trip participants had a chance to visit Ban Noan Ruea Indigo dyed cloth Community in Sakonnakhon,
Natural Dyed Fermented Mud Cloth Group in Mukdahan, meet families of EDF scholarship students at Ban Nong-Ian Dong school in Mukdahan and have a discussion with Princess Chulabhorn College in Mukdahan, who has been its partnered school under "Internet Friendship Project" which aims to strengten relationship between schools in the 2 countries, in making a plan for education development for Thai less fortunate students in rural areas.
